A poll done recently by Next 10, a nonprofit research organization, for the California Air Resources Board proves that Californians are ahead of the curve when it comes to support for climate change policy.
- 79 percent of all voters polled support the proposed package to reduce GHGs
- 91 % of Dems, 85 % of Independents and 61 % of Republicans support the package
The poll also shows that voters are open to policies that lead to increased costs for them.
